u say this thing actually runs XP... must be dead slow tho with only 64mb ram... my laptop is only 233Mhz with 64mb ram and runs XP and its soo slow at times...
it's ok for me, the point is that i hate installing drivers... i did'nt need to install a driver except the one for my bluetooth adapter. if you don't like that laptop any more... i would be very happy with it willy
Update: i cleaned up the mess in my case and took it down, where i have an internet connexion The pics: the pics aren't that sharp but you can see what u have to see, i guess the usb-powered led lampd have got a new place, and it looks imho better this way comments? willy btw i messed up an old 40-pin ribbon cable to make a good look, took off the central plug, and cut it in pieces to do tape around it
200 Mhz or not, that's a good mod. Not exactly my style, I'm more in to subtleness but I think that's a job well done Still, you need a better PC than that! Save up and get a P4 / AMD64 setup! I payed 260 euros for my AMD64 2800+ & my mobo + RAM, so you can get a pretty OK system in there for not so much $$$
i'm negotiating for a pentium 2, but the min. specs for my next pc are amd64 3000+ 6600gt 512mb ram cdrw/dvd combo ... a very good mobo of msi, w/nforce 4 thx for the comments
