Modding my Cell phone mod

yep you heard right, i have modded my cell phone ^_^


its a Sanyo 8200 used with sprint(US carrier for all you eupeon people), and i absolutely LOVE this phone.



and this is it finnished. i found a clear face plate on ebay for like $5, and i used a tri-wing screwdriver, the same type a game boy uses to take the face plate off and put a new one on

 

nice. did you replace that cracked screen too? i can see the little front screen is cracked but the other picture it isnt. or is that just the plastic over it thats cracked?

 

it was the platic that was cracked, the new cover fixed this problem perfectly

 

Sure, it looks cool and all...but I think you should mod it more



Try opening it up and putting an LED in there, you know, brighten up the clear case..

There are other things you could do too..

the more lights i have = shorter battery life, and i use my phone all the time so i need all the battery life i can get
