    OK ia m working on a mod(Which I have not figured out a name for :hehe: ) and the front panel I am redoing with differant switches. How would you cut through 1/8 inch plastic without dremel? :worried:

    What shape? Holes with a hot needle or nail, slots with a hot paring knife. Both leave buldges at the edge that you will have to sand down.

    If they are small slots, just drill a series of holes and use a file to finish it off. A bit slow, but can be very accurate.

    yes, thats pretty much your best option with the files. Try to get files of various shapes to match the type of filing you are doing and be patient, this stuff takes a lot of time.

    I'd say that makes for a series of drilled holes, and some filing. If the hole is big enough, you could get in there with some sanding paper afterwards to smooth it out really nice.
