Modding stealthing drives question

    OK well ive seen many ways but which way is best? do you cut off all the sides of the bay cover so its a flat piece? or do you cut the top and bottom sides leaveing the sides, or do you cut the sides leaving the top and bottom?

    Think it depends on what will fit/work on your computer, and what looks better.

    its usally cut the two clips off and stick it to the front of the drive and put a new switch on it somewhere...

    so basically u leave top, bottom and both sides?

    thats what i did on my first stealth job, guess ill do it again

    it literally does depend on each situation. the one i did myself recently i had to take the top, bottom and side off as my drive was on rails and i didnt want to drill new holes into the drive to move it back further into the case so by taking the extra bits off it would still fit flush with the case front.

    All depends on what you need really.
