Could it be? a 4 year old modding a window? Yup, thats my girl. she also loves the dremel.. Ooo sparkles!
well she already has a barbie computer, I need to take new pics, it has the logo and stuff added since then.
cute? yes. good use of protective goggles? yes. holding the dremel a wee bit close to her face? hope not, probs just the camera angle still good to get her started young. she can mod you a nice rig when you're in an old folks home i'm sure
Hi Where did you get that pink case? or if you painted it what did you use? I really need one for my girlfriends daughter !!!!
aww, thats so cute. good thing she has those saftey goggles, little kids tend to get out of control sometimes...
You know, when I saw that pic I thought to myself "she's thinking 'Ha! I have daddy's dremel and now the world shall know who rules! ME! Hahahahaha! " The grin is that evil That case is nice, not my style but oh well
Wow, talk about a *young* modder. Although I remember that when I was 4 years old, I suggested to my parents to install the CD-ROM drive into my 486 externally with the cables leading out a expansion slot cutout so the 5.25" floppy drive can still be used. Now, 12 years later, I'm the system administrator of my home network.
I used automotive touch up paint to paint it with. The Barbie comp has unfortunately died, the motherboards AGP slot seems to have a crack in it. its an old AT setup and it isn't really worth the hassle to try and fit a new system into it. I have since nicked the cathode out of it and a lot of work would be needed to get it all up and running again. My (now 5 yr old) daughter has had a complete upgrade since and keeps nagging me to do her a black and blue case with a front door. She has been eyeing off a coolermaster wavemaster case she saw at my local pc store.
To have a 5 year old nagging about an upgrade and a quality case like the wavemaster..... How damned cool. You have raised a child with goos taste. Get her started on CAD programs (sketchup is easy enough to use, even an old man could do it) and see what she can turn out. Whats the mother think of the whole idea?
Its funny just last night she was laying on the floor in the lounge with a couple of cusions and said "gee, i wish we had a computer out here" Mums cool with it, kids today need to have computer skills for school anyway and its handy that she can hop around the nickjr.com site and put on her own dvd's to watch etc in her room.
You'd better hope she doesn't find out about SLI! But yeah, good tastes. Don't let her see CM's shiny wavemaster log though. That really is an EVIL grin She officially knows how to use a computer better than my mom. Then again, she can barely figure out the DVD player (well more so the TV, and changing the inputs)
Wow. And I Thought I was the youngest modder here. I still remember the first time I used a soldering iron (2 years ago) Solder hurts when hot. Cute kid
