Does it burn you, when touching the case? or just very warm?

The PSU case doesn't burn. But it is quite warm. After having the shuttle for more than a year, the fan had to be put up higher. I've even added an additional 80MM fan at the back and cleared everything from dusk.

Its just most of the heat comes from the PSU, and it is alot of heat. I now have to keep the case off completely.

Unless you are experience problems with stability, you should be fine. The Shuttle PSUs do run quite hot.

I've checked the temps and system temp is 60 and cpu temp is around 55. The PSU is very very hot to touch now.

It sounds a little worring, Tried emailing the manufactor for Temps. If you have to take the case cover off for it to run, that sh*t aint right.

If it is the normal temp as others it should be ok but if you are running it with the case off i suggest replacing it.
