Thanks JRY, I'm just waiting on the final order for some compression fittings, which should be here this week. As for the pump and it's bracket, the pump (Liang) has two mounting brackets on either side diagonally opposed to each other like in the pic below. The custom made bracket uses the two mounting point on either side to hold the pump firmly. On the DDC (Danger Den) version and this as well, the mounting points are on the underside of the pump, which can be secured to a bracket with self tapping screws. I think the pump is excellent because it's small and compact while having a good flow rate and being quiet. Very important in SFF! Hope this helps
small update on progress which has been a bit slow due to coursework and uni exams. I have redically overhauled the pump bracket (being made now )to make the inside less cluttered and more spacious when all the tubes are installed. I have been shopping and got a Imon inside which will allow me to turn the shuttle into a full HTPC for use with Media Portal. To do this I need to mount the Imon PCB inside the shuttle but on the front, so that the IR beam can connect. In the mean time, I have been working on my gaming rig which is a watercooled Lian Li PC 50. Have a look at the pics below: Project update soon!

Long overdue update! I just got the CNC'd pump mouting bracket this morning and have now installed the wc system. Before I co ahead and fill the system, I just need to make minor adjustments before a final install, so don't expect it finished just yet..... Pics Final update should be sometime over the weekend when I will have a bit more time to fill the system an OC her to the max
Looking good and the tube routing is very nice but damn you used a lot of elbows. Are you sure that won`t hurt your flow?
Thanks jopers1986! Don't think it will hurt it that much (look at the GPU block!) but it's the only way of keeping the tubing to a minimum and saving alots of space. BTW, your rigs looking very nice!
WARNING !!!! THE DDC PUMP, it is not able to work fine if the housing is on the back side, because the "rotor" is a sort of "kneecap"... it will work a certain time but it's not good for it... sorry for my bad english
Small Update: wc filling Tnaks for all your comments, much apreciated! Well, I got busy last night and filled her up When Ifirst powered the pump on, it was noisey as hell, but once alot of the air was removed, it became so quiet I could barely hear it. Air in the system loop is a big problem though as most of the air bubbles just get pumped around the loop constanly because there is not enough time for them to travel up the T junction. I really should have put a drain on the loop, which would have allowed me to remove most of the air in the first place When I get all the air out and have everything else that I want to do completed, I will post some temps and possible overclocks here for ya.
It should be just fine. The motor works on magnetic induction, which centralises the rotor while being held in the magnetic field. As long as it level, it's fine.
