Yes mate, all done by my fair hands. The only thing I outsource is the polishing as that is too much work for me. I've actually produced many colours, including red, blue, yellow, chrome and piano black. But I mainly anodised Lian Li cases. No he hasn't painted it, he anodised it Thats one sweet looking case you have there. I kinda like the transparant reservoir in the front, wouldn't change it if I were you.
Thanks for the comments guys - its good to get positive feedback. Well I've made some minor adjustments; I need to adjust the barbs on the res as they are leaking slightly (left it overnight and found a tiny droplet forming) but nothing serious. I will leave the bayres as I quite like it. Its very practical and I agree it does look good, besides you wont see it when the door is shut. I ran some benchies this morning, the 3500 winny is 22 degrees idle and 33 under load: maxed out (so far) at 250FSB 1:1, with the memory at 2,2,2,6. Very nice! I overclocked the Ultra from its stock 425/1100 to 484/1210 (using coolbits) and scored a healthy 6700 in 3dmark05. There's plenty of room for improvements still.
I realize I'm a total noob but how the hell would you go about anodizing something at home? Do they sell home anodizing kits somewhere?
Sorry I'm not sure I follow that? The psu is a cheap Akasa Powermax thing. It does the job, and is very quiet.
Except he didn't paint it! Great job man, looks nice and slick. Any reason for the blue tubing on the inside though?
Yes, I'm using a green tinted window panel (eventually) and UV cathodes. It should look very unusual!
