    That would be me, yeah I found it on another forum too. It was quite a clever one.

    It looks like the gamem8ker is posting images at different forums, see this:

    gathered info::

    I have provided a resource for everyone by collecting all of the pictures together and pointing out resolution and obvious points:

    http://img251.echo.cx/img251/1473/whereyoutalk0vr.jpg

    Also, beware of the fact that the message "i am where you talk." was posted along with every picture and "I am in 6 places where you talk." and "Posted at 2:25 GMT" were both on OurColony.net with the challenge. Because of the similarities in resolution between all of the pictures as well as the very quick placement of them, resulting in a total of 6, all by screen-name of Gamem8ker and all saying "i am where you talk." leaves too many coincidences to say these are fake. Go with them and see what you can accomplish. Here are the file names in numeric order (x represents non-existent digit to keep things even):

    xxx14660 < Posted 9:29 PM EST at TeamXbox
    xxx29420 < Posted 11:28 PM EST at AGonline
    xxx38914 < Posted 9:36 PM EST at IGN.com
    xxx47610 < Posted 8:41 PM EST at XboxScene
    93142952 < Posted Unknown at MySpace

    Now their resolutions and product:

    14660 = 260x260 = 67,600 (If treated like a math equation)
    29420 = 260x260 = 67,600
    38914 = 260x260 = 67,600
    47610 = 260x517 = 134,420
    93142952 = 432x633 = 273,456
    Added Total
    93,273,556 = 1472x1930 = 610,676

    When two small pictures are stacked, two on top of one another, as I did in my picture, the "Blue LED" ("47610") shot is 3 pixels shorter. Also, the widths are exactly the same in all cases except for "Beware" ("93142952") which is 172 pixels wider (or 88 pixels skinnier when two photo's are next to eachother) and is 373 pixels taller than a standard small pic or 113 pixels taller than two stacked standard smalls and 116 pixels taller than the "Blue LED" ("47610") shot. Combining all of the width values comes to 1472 wide and height comes to 1930 high resulting in a total of 1472x1930. The letter and numbers on the AGonline pic ("29420") (N 37.1366 W -115.4761) seem to be GPS points leading to Area 51 and on TeamXbox's pic ("14660") the numbers 10^3 + 10^3 can be read as "Ten cubed plus ten cubed" which equals 2000 because "Ten cubed (10^3)" means "Ten times ten times ten (10x10x10). Please use the info I have collected here and figure this puzzle out! I hope it helps!!

    *Text found at bottom of image I made:
    The orange strip on the middle photo shows the 3 pixel difference in height negatively for the "BlueLED" height. The resolution is 260x260 for the small shots and 260x517 for the LED shot and 432x633 for "Beware." Also, don't miss the "D" at the top of the middle photo and the sCt on the back of the man's shirt at bottom right. Also, experiment with the numbers like (4+3) & (N 37.1366 W -115.4761) & (10^3 + 10^3) and the names of the files (TopLeft "29420" from AGonline; BottomLeft "14660" TeamXbox; Middle "47610" XboxScene; TopRight "38914" IGN; BottomRight "93142952" MySpace; Right "Beware" Xbox.com)

    ---------

    2:25 GMT
    8:41 PM EST = 12:41 GMT
    9:29 PM EST = 13:29 GMT
    9:36 PM EST = 13:36 GMT
    11:28 PM EST = 15:28 GMT

    if that overall shot of the xbox is real it kinda means it won't be intended to stand upright - the lid-style opening for the discs won't work well - too likely to knock it over.

    I don't think any one forum has solved a puzzle, seems most of the colonies have members across multiple forums...

    latest challenge

    The latest challenge is in the form of a woman's voice:

    http://www.ourcolony.net/images/logos/intro.mp3

    I put in "ourcolony" which gave me:
    "You have not met the challenge. Use your colony to solve the puzzle"
    and
    "you deserved a bonus. now can you answer the challenge?"

    this is strange because other colonys state that it worked as the solution...

    I got it.

    The "Alley" was the clue.

    If you look up "gamem8ker" on podcastalley, you find 6 MP3's linked, the ends of which were all morse, which say "check colony first clock".

    So the answer was "Check the clock"

    So much for it being "more rewarding" - we've dropped out of the Top 30 for the first time in weeks, having been overtaken by half a dozen sites :(

    I switched to the Teamxbox colony, as interest seemed to stop here...

    Some very interesting challenges.
