    UPDATE!!!
    ******************
    ******************

finally got the MSI motherboard. 13 bucks off ebay! wooot!
but i had some trouble, as i thought i might. the parts are in a different position that the chassis is set up for. so.... i had to do some hacking....check it out.

damn! so close, so i decided it would be better to cut away some of the heatsink and go with the flow...

as you can see, i hacked up a Volcano 11 heatsink and made a bracket out of plexi for the fan to be fit offset, to make room for the DVD drive.

Now THIS IS A CLOSE FIT!!! i actually had to take out the left side ram brackets... the system will not move much, so i dont think they will just pop out, i did quite a few test to check it and they seemed pretty solid

    the superbright UV led works!!!

almost to the end, as i was doing this i relized that my sister did not have any speakers to go with her little lan killer! so, i had to do some up...nothing fancy, just paint and change-out of the LED from green to cool blue!

on to pics...as i said, the computer still has to be fully put back together, i will do that in all good time.
