You have style. I love this project/mod!!! That grill is nuts as well. Have you consitered useing Mags for fan grills??? You can get some high quality ones from R.C. Car Shops.
ah, bonz, i remember you from [H] back in my pre-bittech days, I'd highly recommend people checking out some of his old mods on there, there's a lot of very cool ones, though I never did see the end of that cobra case, it seemed like you put it on hold for a long time - how did it turn out? AH
DUDE!!!! you are my idol! i love hotrods... and a case that looks as sweet as this is deffinatly worth watching!!!... your bondo/paintjob skills are very high and its looking really good, lets see you pull off a super shiny paintjob
this is awesome, i like the thought of making a copy of the original front bezel out of a diff. material, i may just have to try something like that with my chieftec front bezel (quite a bit of bondo in the front)! keep it coming, i'd love to see the rest done, as well as the paint job!
Paint, still have a small amount of airbrushing to do and clear coating the whole thing. I also cleaned up the front by adding some aluminum so the single 120mm fan hole can be cut cleanly.
I came up with this idea back in 2002 after a car show, I even started making it but I did not have enaugh time. After I saw my idea being used by someone else I got real mad... ...and then I woke up.
WOW, I think that has to be the best paintjob I've seen on a case. Extremely cool! There's a grill or something planned for the opening of the door, right?
Why do people keep raising the bar? Now I'll never be a mod god no matter how much I plan! I award this case the Pimpin' Award!
those flames look amazing, and your filler work is amazing, very smooth and clean, now lets see what you do to make the pc that goes inside it look amazing
