    the block is drilled out :)

    4mm and 13mm holes are done

    nope, dont have a CNC, its all done with a drill and remmel, mainly :)

    got watercooling all over :) check out my out of date site here :) (working on an updated site as we speak :))

    Was curious, how do you know that each hole is 8-9mm deep, drillpress? Thats what i'd guess but I didn't see one in the pics.

    Hurry up man I wanna see it done =)

    i like this works and i've made 2 blocks and 5 projects(4 of this 5 are realized from friends)....

    Time for an update

    got a new dremel :D

    The box is the poorest thing i ever seen, very bad made..

    On to the block

    the top began like this

    after some 4 og 3.2mm holse

    [​IMG]
    equptment to make 1/4" thread for the barbs

    [​IMG]
    rounded the cornors

    [​IMG]
    marked out the jet, about 4mm wide


    palning to get more done as soon as possible :)
