Hey guys, thought I would post a little blurb on my latest WC project, which mostly involves having twin custom reservoirs feeding twin CSP-Mags from Dtek Customs.

These tubes were made from 1 1/4 acrylic tube and acrylic solvent from here, 3/8 Danger Den hi-flow barbs, and the top cap is from a bay-res I had laying around.

There is some leakage from the second and newest tube, they need sealed with silicon still, just did plumbers tape for testing. The tubes will sit farther forward and not on top of the PSU as shown, protruding through the top of the case. Ill have some pics of that soon.

So there is mine, I think all of you should post pics of your custom res work too :dremel:

Do modded reservoirs count? Here's a drilled out Aquatube (adapted for large bore tubing) with integrated flow sensor. :D

That poor poor aquatube... it didn't stand a chance.

I've got a criticool waterplant I chopped in half, put a plate type thing that was supposed to help with bleeding high-flow systems (didn't do much :() and a piece of 1/4" round acrylic epoxied on top with a 1/8NPT (I think, I know my G1/8 plugs fit in fine but I know it was an NPT tap) for filling.

I think its a bit too ghetto to post, but I'll consider it.

Here's mine, I was working quite well until I moved a video card out and put in a new one. When I moved the lines it put too much stress on the barb and cracked the bottom. Now I just have a tline sticking out the hole on the top :(
    [IMG]

Yes I know there is no video card in that pic, it was taken during a leak test before I put it in.

    Parts:
    1x 1liter bottle - rapidelectonics
    2x 3/8" BSPT->14mm OD Barbs - airlines
    2x 3/8" BSPT nut - airlines
    4x 3/8" BSP washers - airlines
150mm² of 0.8mm alu sheet for the mount
    4x pop rivits
So total cost only a few quid. The bottle was 72p iirc.

I havent drilled the mounting holes yet as I need to take my old res out to line it up with the old holes on the mobo tray.
The extra alu that look a bit wrong on the bottom is there to help support it. As im only using 0.8mm thick sheet.. I thought it would definatly need it.

Here's my res/pump housing. Its not a common pump for WC setups, its a garden fountain or pond pump. I just used it initially 'cause I had it and I bought a Danner Mag 3 to replace it, but I like this pump better so I went back to it. It does a pretty good flow and a Panaflow @ 7V will drown out the sound of this baby... man its quiet!
