I was thinking 2 would be kinda like an X shape when the whole thing is seen from the front, which reflects the internal media rack's X shape inside. I'm not sure if itll be boring though :( My personal favourite was 1 and 4... I'm reazlly undecided guys help me please as work will commence tomorrow! hehe..

well I do like 1 on it's own, but since the rest of your case (like your drivecage and all) is nice and symmetric, I'm not sure that 1 wouldn't spoil that.

4 is also very nice, it's not completely symmetric but not way off either, so that might be a good compromise between 1 and 2-3.

I like 4, but it should go up on the top section, away from the bottom, like a flare.

I like #2 because it seems like it will repeat some of the proportions in the front plate.

Find a better image host. Photobucket is giving me crap.

It's looking fantastic; you have skillz with that acrylic. I love the metal struts, but hate the drive. Perhaps you could try creating an acrylic enclosure for it (replacing the horrid beige/metally thing), if you have access to a milling machine or other suitable alternative? :D.

Don't worry about the drive it'll be removed when I'm installing my real components :D That was just for a test fitting :) Besides who wants a 52X CD-ROM Drive nowadays! I'm gonna get a black encased DVDRW or so I guess. I don't want to paint it orange because there's already too much of that stuff :D

Very nice work with the metal stripes on it. Makes it look unique.
