iv just got home from a mates to find that whenever i try and use limewire PRO the system jumps straight to 100% CPU usage and makes the computer unbearable. if i minimise it to the taskbar (where the clock is) my system returns to normal. has anyone had this issue? iv tried reinstalling with no luck edit: also does it wtih the trial version
Have you run spyware/adware and virus scans? Also, what version of Java do you have installed? Try upgrading to the latest version.
i think it might be down to java it's proberly f**kd up i found out mine was yesterday but i can't be assed to do anything about it untill a full system in a week or so... i keep getting blue screens of death from tv driver issues and hl2 is a little f*d
