Okay, I'm looking at possibly getting a peltier.

    http://www.mpja.com/productview.asp?product=8688+PM

Is that all I need, then hook up my waterblock to it?>
I don't really know if it comes with the peltier or not...

Or would I need that too?

Also, Can I just put the Peltier down, and then put the waterblock directly over it, or do I need the neophrene stuff around it? (That keeps other stuff from freezing too doesn't it?). *goes to educate himself on peltiers*

to value if a peltier can give more performances you should analize wb structure.
not all wb are able to cool a peltier cell.
what kind of Wb you have?

Might be an idea to read up on peltiers before you invest in one tbh.
You'll need a block capable of running the peltier, insulation, possibly another PSU to run the peltier (depending on which you choose) theres much more to it that plug and go :)
