I think you might consider put your hdd's on horizontal or vertical position.

I think you should put a carbon sheet between the ssd and the heatpipes, in order to prevent ssd overheat.

I think that the heatshink wiil work better in horizontal position than in vertical.
I agree, but copper transfers heat quicker than aluminium to the heatpipes.
