Use epoxy. Takes a little while, but it's a very good insulator; and it's just as good as crazy glue... also, there's no heat involved :hip:

SLK948U. I've heard about people frying their A64's because vdimm or vdd was too high, not the vcore. I was wondering what the limits are.
Yeah, I bought the A64 3200+ processor-in-box too, and no backplate either. It's included with my SLK948U heatksink, though.
