seems like u have lots of bubbles, if so, I suggest u apply the heat slower and not to close, heating it up fast and close will create those...

I just used a spiral dremel bit and milled the hole to the right size, any unevenness is covered by the flange on the fillport
yes the temperature in my garage is still unworkable :sigh: but i hope to get some work done one of these days. until then...
