This is the origonal engine, the tranny is not. However the car was a 289 2bl with C4 auto origonaly, so im getting it as close as I can.

If you arent planning on painting the exterior, epoxy or fiberglass it on the inside. You could also bondo the outside or fiberglass it..
Why not do a luvered vent for the fan, jbweld bolts on the inside so nothing shows on the outside other then the vents?
