Removed CPU - no beeps. Lights all come on from start, do not flash, strobe - just stay on all the time.
Yes that is my motherboard. That switch just allows you to turn on the computer without plugging in a switch - which is how I am currently using...
All LEDs that should be on are - afaik. I swapped the speaker round to double check before - no difference - no beeps. Thanks for all this help...

No beeps, not wired into the case though. The PSU is 480W.
