uhm..hes using a epia psu, wheres the problem adding a fan?
uhm.. the via epia processor doenst get very hot..you could use the place where the cooling should be for a psu . the psu fan could cool both.....
yeah, it still opens like a regular briefcase ive just removed 1 side, to get my mobo tray in. and drilled/cutted on the other side 2 big holes...

use different resistors on every led.. stronger on the outside and to the middle let them get weaker...

yup, but it switches automaticly to main screen mode without monitor connected,so i can use it as mp3 server, or dedicated gameserver.. tv...
