Depends what you play. Id say your mainly gpu limited especially in none crossfire friendly games. Personally id hold off with the cpu/motherboard...
As Rollo said 4 sticks stresses the memory controller on the chip more, so max overclock could be lower. IMO 2 x 8GB gives you best of both worlds...
I guess he is refering to overclocking of old. Such as the pencil mod.

If your software prefers cores then go 5820K. 12 threads vs 8 will win everytime.

Anything sub £120 is already pretty dated. The 750Ti 2GB can be had for £87. Don't know how well it will stack up in latest games though.
