Hey guys, I am not too good with speakers so wanted your opinion on what are the go to set of speakers for around 40 - 60 quid. I seem to remember that the T20's have been recommended quite a bit on here. Not able to budget any higher so I doubt I will be able to get a good 2.1 set up.. but as I said I am no good with speakers so if I am wrong point me to a nice 2.1 set Thanks
Get the T20, and if you have enough left over get the asus xonar DG. http://www.scan.co.uk/products/asus-xonar-dg-51-pci-sound-card-and-headphone-ampifier-oem
+1 for the creative T20 series II Speakers great sound. I had a pair of them for the money you cannot beat them
Microlab Solo1c. Myself and a few others have the 8c and they are fantastic, the 1 should still be very good. Built in amp too so you don't need a fancy amp setup, just a sound card of some form.
I'll pop down a recommendation for the Microlab FC360, fantastic for the price, has it's own amp and you'll have enough left for the Xonar DG, like my setup. http://www.scan.co.uk/products/microlab-fc360-21-speaker-system-15w-x-2-24w-separate-amp If you want something slightly cheaper, the FC330's don't have an external amp and will allow you the Xonar DG, they look really nice too: http://www.scan.co.uk/products/microlab-fc330-21-speaker-system-16w-x-2-24w-wooden-case
