2200BHP! thats more than a Leopard 2 tank! you would have thought that sort of accelaration would do a bit of damage to your body, but damn I want one :D

I work that out to be about 2.7g of acceleration.

1 second!? Surely not? In a car as aerodynamic as my scrotum, and constructed of pig iron. 5 mpg isn't actually that bad for something that crazy. If it is true, thats bloody immense!

I used to see that car around in W'ton! I even recognised one of those roads as it is a cut through towards the M54

Aerodynamics dosnt have much to do with the 0-60 time, after all 60mph isnt really that fast, its got much more to do with raw power/torque and traction.

It's a drag car with signals and everything else required to be street legal. Nothing special really.

QFT. If it's a choice between that and a Veyron, it's no choice at all.

Besides, with a few mods a proper dragster could be street legal, in which case it'd milk that.

    Messy.

Reminds me of my mate's old Mondeo 2.0ltr that he managed to blow the engine of.
Big hole in the block, bits of metal all over the road, oil and water leaking out all over the place and the small matter of it catching fire.
Nothing a can of coke didn't fix tho. :D

    "It's street-legal."
Probably because it's registered as a specialty/kit car; and even then, it isn't fully legal in places where it matters.

He should consider putting a MAN B&W 12K98ME turbo-diesel in there; 100,000ps at just 130rpm.
