POTM [06/07] Belgian Transport

Hi guys,

I'm not happy with the way this one turned out. The weather was horrible, was only able to take a few shots and those didn't even turn out that well. But here it is anyway, as I really wanted to enter.

And yes, that is a "Manneken Pis" on my car instead of the MB-Star. And yes, it does piss.

Nice shot, I like the cool white balance used.

BTW, it's always been the 25th!

 

I want more details on the manneken pis.. How does it work?? a NO contact, pump and some hose??

 

Hmmmm I could swear it used to be the 26th or 27th.

On my home computer (Mac) the detail of the mannekepis looked really good. But on this one (Work) it looks indeed quite rubbish...

It's hooked up to the circuit of my window cleaners (so same pump, same operation).

Yeah, I was gonna say that it looked underexposed. Perhaps it's the compression/uploading though.

I saw the Mannekin Pis, it was really underwhelming.
