DropInk Took it a few days ago but wasn't too happy about it. Since I didn't have any other colors of ink I changed the color a bit in photoshop and cropped it a little more. Rather pleased with it now..I love the combination of the ink and the bubbles from the sprinkly water (sp?). PS: This is my second and last entry for this month. I really like your photo. It's abstract and has a lot of nice movement, not to mention all the color tones produced by the various dilutions of the ink. My only complaint would be the odd specular highlight in the top middle. I think if you cloned that out, you'd have a fairly solid piece of art. I can totally see this as some kind of album or book jacket design. -monkey
Thanks for reply's! Thanks for pointing that out supermonkey. I know there a few imperfections in the picture, the spot you mentioned, the 5 spots in the bottom left, etc.. but I think it adds character to the picture. It dosn't feel out of place to me. And I don't like to change the image itself too much. I prefer to use as little post-processing as possible. I changed the color in this one, because the black didn't show the color tones from the ink that well, but thats all. I will play with it later, try and see how it looks without those spots. But I don't think I can change it for the competition anyway. Thanks again for the support. L
