I reckon this is the sequel to Godzilla......Godzuki!!!(when he's all grown up) http://www.cfhf.net/lyrics/godzilla.htm
I saw this trailer a few days ago on youtube I think, someone recorded it in the cinema before transformers. Certainly looks interesting. You sign your posts even though your name is right next to your very own post, you can't expect people not to mock it. A.R.
There has been a lot of speculation over here about this preview. The rumor mill is already churning, with some possibilities including Voltron, Cthulu (or some other HP Lovecraft work), or Godzilla. I have to say, the preview intrigues me. I haven't had the time to go through the puzzles. I'll probably get to it this weekend. C.G. (because everyone else was!)
Or! Your just embarrassed because your name is Arnold Roger Simon Eggelstine.... or whatever.... W.B.
Hmm, I don't think it would be Voltron b/c they would do a more aggressive advertising campaign for such a movie since it's not as widespread or currently popular as say Transformers. If it's a vague but mostly unfamiliar plot that few know about it, people won't look forward to it, and I'm pretty sure the first Transformers trailer came out more than 5 months ago for such a reason. If it were a Godzilla type movie, then they won't need extensive trailers since people are already somewhat familiar with the main idea and are more easily swayed to go see it. Similarly if it's completely random and out there, this will pique interests and they'll release another teaser trailer hopefully in a month or two. S.D.
I noticed this thread this morning, but at work I can't get to Quicktime. While checking Youtube I noticed that wasn't really working as well, however usually it does... Anyway, I had to wait to get home before I was able to see the trailer. Finally, I'm home and I've just checked the trailer. I'm stunned to be honest. I'm both intrigued and curious on what the movie is about. It kind of looks like it's about Godzuki, true. But it doesn't quite look like a Godzilla movie. It looks more like a documentary, I think, which is an entirely different style from the previous movie. However, Ocean's 11 and 12 were entirely different from each other as well, where 12 looked like it was being created by an amateur camera man. So looking at it from that point, maybe it actyally is Godzilla-ish... I'm very pleased about what I see in the trailer and I sure want to go see the movie as soon as it's spinning at the theatre. You really want to know what is happening at the other side of town when you see the huge ball of fire, when they're standing on the roof. What can be so big, and powerful to tear off Lady Liberty's head, and smash it into the ground?
