well i have a dd cube radiator, it has 1/4" copper pipe running through it, no special ends/barbs, just pipe and your expected to use hose clamps to seal it up nicely well i rescently migrated my system to use 1/2" tubing, so what better way to solve it than just solder 1/2" barbs to the end, lol! i had some 1/2" barbs laying around, and i put them over the end and it was kind of a sketchy fit, i hammered the tube about 1/16" into the inside of the barb (as that's all i could get to fit), clamped it nicely, held a blowtorch there for about a minute and then used _a lot_ of solder, in the end, for a ghetto mod, it didn't turn out too bad.

Nice, I think I might be using some copper pipe in my project real soon (check the sig) I was thinking about how i was gonna attach the barbs and that seems good enough
