I took this a few nights ago and thought it worked well with the theme.

Used PS to lighten alittle and changed the color tone.

Camera: Canon EOS DIGITAL REBEL XTi
    Shutter: 600/1
    Aperture: f/5.6
    Lens: 18mm
    ISO: 100

    I like it a lot.

After looking at it for a while it made me feel a bit dizzy!

Does your camera have a bulb setting? How were you able to get a 10 minute exposure?

Any chance of a big'un? I'd love to have that as a desktop. :)

Haha. My Camera does have a bulb setting. What I did was I took a rubber band and a rubber ear plug and strapped it on. I then pushed the shutter down and walked away for 10 mins came back and took the band off. Works nicely plus I didn't have to sit there to hold it down.

Lovely shot. Focal is great and the movement is really nice. Not to bad on the light contamination either, most shots of that time exposer would be bad, you must be far away from the city?

And great trick on the shutter, nicely improvised.

    :)

Great shot! I was looking to do something much like this myself. I still plan to, though, as I have a bit of a different twist on it.

Great job on the exposure though, I'm impressed :)
