Portable 10.1 tablet?

    looking at changing my daughters tablet - got 2 options currently


    Lenovo S6000 or

    Asus MeMo ME301T

    both under £100 - so thoughts?

    Not any particular recommendation over anything else, but my Mum has had the S6000 since Christmas before last.

    No bells and whistles, not particularly exciting design or specs and I guess a little dated now, but performance and reliability has been solid and she is very happy with it.

    I would suggest the Hudl 2 from tesco full HD 1.8 quad and 2 GB ram. only downside is it is 8 inch.
    regular retails at 130 but mostly on offer for 109 and you can use you tesco club points to further reduce the price. (also has HDMI out)

    daughter already has an 8inch tablet - an archos 80 cobalt

    Why replace it? is there something that doesnt run on it?

    video content stutters , its not the best either on battery life.

    I recently gifted a Hudl 2 over Christmas and had a play on it. All 1080p content played fluidly on it. Charge will depend on wifi usage. all games I tested worked well too.
