    well i guess

    Canon

    EF-S 10-22mm f3.5-4.5
    EF 16-35mm f2.8L USM II
    EF70-200 f2.8 L IS USM
    EF400mm f2.8 LU/2
    MP-E 65mm f2.8
    EF100-400mm L IS USM

    Sigma

150mm F2.8 EX DG APO Macro
    800mm F5.6 APO EX DG

all bolted on a EOS-1D Mark III with a 5D back up body.

on usual days the 10-22mm and the 100-400mm would come along with me, as well as the MP-E 65mm.

The rest would sit in hard cases in the back of my defender, and as for the 800mm well it is a dream list so why not! haha! buy it and head for a NASA shuttle launch!

Why both of those? And how would you manage the 10-22 on either body?

ah i slipped up there, i knew EF-s dosen't fit the older film EOS bodies and the 10D. hmm well then i wont bother with the 10-22mm.

i just really looked for a set of fast yet versitile lens.

Well the 16-35 on a FF is pretty much identical in equivalent focal length to the 10-22 on 1.6x bodies, so no worries.
