    They still cost £200 from OCUK, and seeing as you can get a 640Mb one for under £240, they are onto a looser.

    Would this card be any better than say an X1900XT, or even a 7900 GTX ?

    Of course they would, where do you see a 640 for under 240? OCUK min is 250+

    Here's a review of an 8800GTS 320mb version: http://anandtech.com/video/showdoc.aspx?i=2926&p=1

    Seems to trade blows with the 7900GTX and X1950XTX depending on the game and settings you run at. It would make a much better buy then either of the former cards due to the DX10, but not really worth an upgrade if you already have one of them.
