Exactly, i'm only interested in how it functions as a display and what i can plug into it.

Why do we have to put up with such wussy resolutions still? I'd be perfectly happy to change my 21" CRT to a 20-22" widescreen LCD monitor, if only they could give me the option of having a larger res than I currently do. I refuse to downgrade resolutions on a monitor thats costing a few hundred of my 'ard earned quids - it seems so stupid that you need to go up to 24" before you can get above 1680x1050 on any decent screens.

I asked almost 3 months ago for information about this monitor whilst you were at CeBit and was ignored, now all of a sudden there was no previews or news it just turns up!

a 'light' version would be interesting. Remove the webcam and the subwoofer and the monitor will be cheaper AND look much better

i still prefer my P95FB+ and its 50lb though :D

    I second that!!

Anyway i absolutely hate those "glossy" screens, to me they seem useless unless you happen to play in a dark cellar where the sun never shines...

I'm sticking with my 20" Dell until it dies:thumb:

Oh but for those of us that do game in the dark there awsome :D
I wish companies didn't include speakers, usb hubs etc with there monitors and instead tried to make them have smaller borders so they worked better in multi monitor rigs :(

Ugly looking thing isn't it :|

Why do manufacturers insist on so many crappy stickers?

Oh man, it could look so stylish except the whole effect is ruined by those stupid stickers on the front!

I quite liked the look of it myself (apart from the touch sensitive buttons and glossy screen)

interesting monitor with the subwoofer and all.. I think if I was a big attender of LAN-parties this would be at the top of my list.

(edit: though I always hate those touch-sensitive controls!)

I really like this, I want one.. Have we got a rough guide on how much this beauty will cost ? :) I really like the touch sensitive idea but you would have to wear cotton gloves just to avoid leaving fingerprints all over it.

I'm guessing, but it's maybe going to cost around £280 inc VAT. Unless you need the additional features (i.e. webcam and speakers), the 215TW is a much better screen and you can get it for around £240 inc. I'm actually just about to buy myself one for my home system. :)

I dont like it when they have speakers built in as I like to have standalone kit that sounds better. Sureley it would be cheaper to make and sell without any speakers and subwoofer!!! whats that all about.

Mmmm, looks like it could be my next monitor :)
I love the number of connections. Webcam doesnt really matter to me but its a nice gadget.
