    I think it's great that a lot of games are using the Unreal Engine 3 as if your computer can run one game well, it should run all the games fairly well.

    well, the advanced shaders will help with Sin City's black and white theme.

    but i DO wish they can release a patch for AA support, or some kind of fake bluring method like the edgeAA used in Crysis

    The Unreal Engine 3 is the first of the latest generation of FPS engines to be really useful in a broad setting. The D3 engine showed us what was possible, but was just too far ahead to be broadly useful (e.g a universal light engine, but no soft shadows). The U3 engine though has enough uses to make it really one of the only viable FPS engines out at the moment. However, there's competition looming, as more people eventually get computers good enough to run Crytec 2 and ID Tech 5 becomes available. Although here's hoping the id's next revolutionary technology (unique texturing) is more broadly applicable than the last one they did (universal dynamic lighting).

    UE3 has already been used on a barbie horse riding game/
