    Irrational? with the heavy tie in to itunes and the store I'd say you have good reason to avoid any iproduct - not to mention the fact that Steve Jobs is such a loathsome person it seems at heart http://valleywag.gawker.com/5041467/steve-jobss-car-parked-in-a-handicap-spot (he does that all the time and of course he's too important to stick to laws like having a licence plate...(or to flush the toilet as he hasn't got time!)

    iTunes ain't great but it's nowhere near as bad as you make it sound. Sure people would rather copy/paste their stuff on their iPods but iTunes is a pretty handy all-in-one tool for music and apps.
    After all it's Apple FFS! You wouldn't expect anything other than an all-in-one approach, would you?
