This game needs sponsorship so that the map packs are made available for free, because the price tag for this game goes against the laws of price, regardless this will sell....

I don't get why they are using the COD engine and not the COD4 one?

the price tag is only inflated because its a gauranteed hit. otherwise they wouldnt try it, the price will only stop a small minority from buying the game

It's definately not the call of duty engine ! I assumed it was the same engine they used in COD world at war, which was an updated version of the COD 4 engine.

It's not the same as the one in WaW, it's an updated version of it, and is the same engine that was first used in COD2 (but not the original COD, which used a version of the Quake engine).

So the Full release candidate is 100% finished with ZERO bugs throughout SP AND MP?

Spending weeks working on DLC, when the full game probably still needs finishing.

I'm not 100% sure of the process, but I get the feeling the bug fixing isn't up to the artists/map makers. They would be free to be designing DLC already. Although I have to say, I've never understood the concept of paying for map packs. Surely only half your friends would get them, so if you're playing together you'd never be able to play them anyway? Waste of money.
