    Nice design, I love minimalist ITX boxes.

    A couple of things to point out:

    2mm alu is pretty flexible and wouldn't allow much to bolt into (Alu is very soft and doesn't take threads well)

    1U PSUs are notoriously loud, they're only large enough to have a 40mm fan in which makes an irritating noise (IMHO), perhaps that's not an issue for you.
