<-----never liked my car anyway, but still it sucks
I was stopping on a hill and glanced over for a sec. the next thing i knew i was under a pickup truck. I only hit him doing 10 mph. My car is totaled. As for me and my girlfriend, we are just fine, but she is driving me from now on. His truck needs a new bumper. The moral of the story is: Chevy Cavaliers are crappy cars, and don't but one!

 

I could've told you that! ;-)

But seriously, i've had my share of wrecks in my 3 years of driving, lets see, 1 t-boned cuz i couldn't see a guy very clearly and he was speeding (t-boned at about 40MPH, damn), and a couple years ago, slid off the road on an icy night messin around and ending up kissing a telephone pole at about 15-20mph, either way, both cars were totaled, ones under repair right now though....

 

Well, no car should be considered totaled in a 10mph fender bender. What a P.O.S.

 

Newer midsize SUVs are sustaining $2000+ worth of damage in 10mph bumper crash tests....

I hit an old impala, like 95 version, doing about 5mph and totaled it....heck the whole back just curmpled bent a good portion of the frame, the guy couldnt even open hte drivers door...Me well it did about 700 worht of damage to the front of my truck...I guess not all chevys are like a rock...

 

my Chevy Tahoe is like a rock. i flew in to a big rock at 30mph backwards. did a little bit of damage but the truck is fine. i will take a few pics when the sun comes back up.

 

Yea its like the front of my silverado isnt that noticable unitl you get a good look at it....Just a lil dinged in the front...

 

well, truthfully, my parents wanted to get rid of it (in a month or so) and it was only worth $500 according to Kelly Blue Book. Im selling the tranny out of it for i think $400 and i got a $200 stereo and $80 of speakers that are all still ok. Plus 4 brand new snow tires for the winter. Hey if i sell the tires and tranny ill break even. lol!
