1u heatsink

Does anyone know where I can get hold of a 1U heatsink that supports upto XP2600+ Bartons?

I know the Akasa, but it is stated only upto XP2000+.


Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Good luck, IMHO.

If you did find one, you'd go straight deaf soon enough.

 

kustom pcs, tekheads and another major online retailor (ebueyer/micro direct- not sure on this)
but kustom pcs have 3 types

 

A13: Server will be rackmounted, so noise isn't an issue.


JRY: Thanks for the links - but the Akasa 350 is only upto 2000+, seems that i'll just have to try and risk it. :/

it should work fine. just make sure there is good airflow around the cpu socket

persoanlly i would get a cheap copper non-1u hsf and just chop it down to size

theoverclockingstore.co.uk used to do an Alpha 1u heatsink which was quite good, shame they closed down, not sure on the model either, it'll prolly tell u on the alpha webby
