So how do they get that warm fuzzy feeling ? LOL Did anyone see Lorenzo's superman ? He doesn't have little offs that's for sure
http://www.motogp.com/en/news/2013/lorenzo+collarbone+fracture Well congratulations on the 2013 Moto GP title Danny... This is rubbish, no Lorenzo for Assen, probably Germany and both US races too, then he won't be properly fit for the rest of the year. Having said that, it does seem like the Universe is balancing out 2010, when Lorenzo got a clear shot with Rossi, Danped and Stoner all injured/sick at the same time. This also gives Crutchlow the best shot at a GP win he's likely to get.
I don't think its the end of Lorenzo's championship, I think he will loose 20 points to Pedrosa on Saturday, which will be hard to get back. Lorenzo is a fighter and I truly believe that after assen he will be straight into the top 3 again, he is just going to play the long game, chipping away at Pedrosa for the rest of the season.
Really surprised to see Lorenzo bin it, he is mr smooth after all but it was a proper lorenzo crash Depends how quickly he can recover as to whether this is a massive championship boost for DP.
lorenzo is looking very likely to race tomorrow. is it a good call or a bad one? only heindsight will tell. Im guessing it is an inspired move, as one point could mean the championship (ask Tom Sykes) It will all come down to race day..
He has a double complete fracture on one collar bone and had surgery, plate inserted, tendon reconstruction, just over twenty four hours before the race, if he gets medical clearance to race someone in the MotoGP medical tent needs shooting. Whilst moto racers are about as close to the Black Knight as we have in the real world, I can't see it happening, a tank slapper could leave him needing surgery all over again, never mind a crash, not worth it.
Unbelievable, fair play to him but it's incredibly risky. Especially with Bautista on the same track .... What are the odds ?
Insane race. Lorenzo is man of that race, what a complete legend Spoiler Rossi won, so awesome to see. Shame cal didn't get 2nd but I don't care, 3rd is awesome and it wasn't like he didn't try his all for 2nd. Someone needs to get him on a factory contract ASAFP.
Sums it up: The three of the four best personalities in the motogp class I reckon (colin edwards being the other )
They were good friends and I just thought that Marco would have loved to have seen Valentino come back and win a race after two years in the Ducati wilderness, for Valentino it must have been terrible to have been involved in the accident that killed his friend.
Well done to Sykes today with a double win and in front with the WSBK championship. Come on jaws this is your year son
