Boulder rocks. The Springs used to, but have gotten toooo crowded. In my job with Raytheon I've got the chance to stay at such locations as Alaska, Artica, Kwajalen Island (part of the Marshall island chain). I've seriously considered Kwajalen. No cars there, just bicycles. Its an island and its always warm year round. You can go out on the boats whenever you feel like it. Beaches. Hawaii for shopping, just a short flight away. Broadband internet is free...
*cheer* Calgary is an awesome place, the only reason I still live here is because I love it, and don't want to move anywhere else! Our winters can hit -30 to -35 C (sometimes), and summer usually sits at about 25C, but we do have our wonderful hot streaks where it doesn't get any cooler than 22 at night for a few weeks at a go - too hot for me, but I stay inside during the day, and that solves that. Plus we have the Stampede.
Everybody seems to love my adopted home. I like it here. If I could I would stay. If you are the type to not notice locations in profiles then my current location is in Japan. Osaka specifically. My favorite place in Japan (so far) is the island of Miyajima off the cost from Hiroshima. I'd happily live there forever. Don't get me started in describing it's wonderfulness. Everybody should love Japan. Oh, and relix, the language isn't that much of a barrier as a decent amount of people speak or understand English. Or you could just grunt and point.
Well, the International Space Station would be a nice place to live in for a while even though a proper orbiting habitat would be nicer but that won't happen during this lifetime
do you mean weather like eastern, or western canada? well, eastern or west coastal, acctually. if you're thinking coastal you just described abbotsford pretty much exactly. work permiting i would live in abbotsford my whole life, i love it here. surrounded by mountains, very nice weather, close to vancouver, lots of trees. it's great here.
Aye its OK when the sun shines (like not a lot) and as long as you remove the west coast. I likes the idea of Canada (sort of cross between here and America)
simple the best country in the world, USA, can you say Florida or Hawaii, great weather and tones of babes in thongs all year long
1. somewhere near seattle, pref over the border in canada. i have friends there, and i hate here (australia) 2. countryside germany, in 4 hours in a good car i can be almost anywhere in europe (but i dont speak german) 3. tokyo (language problem again) but the arcades OH THE ARCADES!
delphia: it's Belgium you should be in if you want to get everywhere. It's not because Brussels looks nice that it's the capital of the european community, it's because it's right in the center of Europe
wow the capital of the EC, the EC will eventually deform when i take control of the world via my army of nanobots
Although I love living in England. One day I'd like to return to my native India or to move to Toronto, Canada. There was a town outside of Toronto called Kingston I think next to huge ass lake. I really loved Canada when I went there a few years ago. Hopefully one day I'd like to live their permanetly.
As far as countries go England isn't too bad, but I'd like to live in Japan at least for a while. After reading this thread I may have to look into Canada a little more
Brittish Columbia, New Zealand, Southern-Central France (as soon as they rid it of all the french people ) I have always wanted to go to Iceland too but not sure if I would like living there.
Lets all move to the Netherlands. Gorgeous girlies, sea sailing, kite surfing, Ice sailing, cheap beer (at least this year). Need I go on?
if you're going to Netherlands then go to Belgium, although I can't disagree on the pretty girls thing, I can disagree on the beer thing: we have Jupiler, Stella, and every beer that's so expensive everywhere, here at the price of a coke and even cheaper. Heineken, the dutch beer, tastes like the yellow liquid that comes out of a human. We're the beer country! And you can also kitesurf, go to beaches, and stuff
I dont disagree on the taste of beer. Belgian beer is one of the best in the world. I prefer Grolsch or Amstel, but on the other hand I like Corsendonk aswell. Our weed is better than in Begium though heheheheh
