    Hello, another monitor thread :p

    I need help choosing a monitor for playing Gran Turismo 5 on the PS3.

    It needs to be 1080p capable, connected with HDMI, doesn't need to have speakers, but it would be nice if it was a decent screen for my PC too, but PS3 GT5 is priority.

    I have 3 choices;

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/LG-inch-Wid...11?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1287694959&sr=1-11

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Samsung-B24...1_2?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1287694959&sr=1-2

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/BenQ-G2420H...1_4?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1287694959&sr=1-4

    Budget = around £150

    I think the samsung looks the best, but I'm not clued up on the latest monitor stuff, can someone please help point me in the right direction.

    Thank you :)

    edit: or this one -> http://www.amazon.co.uk/Samsung-P24...n-Monitor/dp/B002DPYQSW/ref=pd_cp_computers_1

    I've got the BenQ. I'm very happy with it. Its much better than my Samsung SM206BW, which cost more.
    Side by side the difference is like night and day.

    I use it on my 360, and it looks great too.

    Why don't you wait until Christmas or the January Sales? GT5 still won't be released by then so be patient and get the best for your money.

    I have the BenQ above, I find it's a good monitor for the price.

    If I had to choose between only those it would be the Samsung-B2430H for it's viewing features. You should make sure it's HDCP compatible though as I can't seem to find out in the specs. Pretty good saving as well.

    Another vote for the BenQ. Good all rounder for excellent money.
