Planescape has a huge old fanbase, so it's success on kickstarter is not really unexpected.

I'm not interested in any singleplayer games tho.

I'm the total opposite, I'm not interested in multiplayer at all.

Depends on what you consider Multiplayer. I'm actually only interested in sandbox MMOs like EvE Online.

I avoid those even more. I just know I'd never get anything done. Just like how I uninstall any TRTS games before the university year starts.

Sadly I didn't ever go on to complete Planescape: Torment but I loved the universe and the setting as used to have all the paperback stuff for it too.

I hope it's successor really takes things forward in a great way and manages to keep the tone, atmosphere and character of the original just with a bit less hacknslash which always detracted from things for me in the original.

I'd pledge on this if I was allowed... unfortunately my other half has banned me from pledging on any more projects on Kick Starter until at least July. :(

Just means I'll pay the regular price when it gets released. :D

Not really sure about Brian Fargo to be honest. Obsidians Project Eternity will probably be better.
