News Apple and Google pull Plastic Surgery game aimed at children

iOS and Android game tasked children with performing liposuction.

Not quite as creepy but definitely as weird, I walked in the other day to find my 2.5 year old daughter playing Little Throat Doctor on my Nexus 7. Quite how the hell she managed to download it still eludes me, but at least it was free.

 

Who the hell expends so much time and effort on such a terrible idea of a game?

There's probably a good chance to point out something poignant there but I can't be bothered.

 

I wouldn't say the girl in the picture has "has so much extra weight that no diet can help her."

Besides the more obvious moral implications, I can't see how this would be a fun game anyway! Tap the podge in 6 possible areas? Makes being at work seem entertaining!

 

I bet the guy who programmed this is planning a bacon cooking factory on the northern border of South Korea...
