2Ghz + Radiation issues...

    hmmm..build plexi case and get radiated, or go with prebuilt metal beast that passes FCC inspection.

    Not that kind of radiation....Itll just mess with ur monitor/tv/cordless phone

    well if anythin above 2ghz gonna do that then what will 3 ghz P4's do?

    Me thinnks someones monitor is gonna explode!

    The Only reason 2Ghz is dangerous is it is near the resonace freqency of water.

    This is how your microwave works. (~2.4Ghz)
    It causes the water to vibrate, heating it up.

    In humans this can cause problems by heating the water in your body. (Hence the unproven effects from 1900mhz cell phones)

    But the heatsink over your processor, and the ground plane in your motherboard should absorb any radiation.

    I look at signals all day long on Athlons and SledgeHammers.

    On the chips in the 2ghz range when a cell phone anywhere with-in 50feet rings I can see it on my ocsilloscope.

    So I would worry more that when your friend calls it may crash your PC.

    Although even though it effects the signals, we never had a crash from a cell phone.
