Are you going to be adding these into your water cooling loop? Will be interesting to see what they can do with the extra cooling.
@echo three - Yes I will look at getting some blocks in the future, so I can plumb this into my existing water loop.
Metro 2033 maxed out 2560x1600 4xMSAA 16x AF.
Metro 2033 maxed out 2560x1600 AAA 16x AF.
The cards don't even look to be maxing out at all, what am I missing here?
Or are they? Is it the first or second percentage I should be looking at?
Yep, the game runs like a sack of S***! I think its the drivers, as I could run the game fine on my GTX 580 Classy's.
Plus the fact that it looks like they are capping at 3151MB...
Edit: HERP DERP thats the Mhz.
Yes, Metro 2033 seems to be one of the few games that has a problem with the GTX680s with even the GTX580s beating them in reviews. It is definately a driver issue. Are you on the Betas?
Just wondering if you have tried it with a single card instead off sli?
Nope, I'm still running 300.83 which came with the cards, as these drivers support PCI-E 3.0, and I can't be bothered to use the registry hack to enable PCI-E 3.0 speeds on newer drivers.
No I haven't, but the scaling is fine as its at 98% usage on both cards. Might just be my released drivers.
Why not at least try the latest WHQLs? 301.10.
You've nothing to lose, just to do a clean install in the advanced options. The registry hack doesn't take a minute.
