    Hey all,

Got two 22" Samsung Syncmaster 225bw's for my 21st.. Set up, with my 19" in the middle, run by 2 x 7800GT's.. It's my first multi-screen setup, and I wondered if anyone knows any good sources for software, wallpapers or anything else regarding multi-display set-ups.. Sorry if i missed anything on the forums, i did look around...

I may get rid of the 19", the colour does not seem as good, But having 4640 x 1050 rocks! But i can live with 3360 x 1050.. :D

Thanks for any links, ideas, help, wallpaper, etc guys. :p

if you're not picky the built-in nvidia nview controls should do fine.

Yea, thats what I'm using.. The Ultramon smart task bar looks sweet, but not worth the cost imo. And its so hard to find decent 3360x1050 wallpapers.. :p

I would use multiple wallpapers (use the nview desktop profiles) and have a different one on each monitor. It breaks the monotony somewhat.

The best source I've found for multi-screen wallpapers is 9X Media. They don't have very many, but the ones they do have are perfect for a symmetrical setup like yours.

one other option is to find a good abstract wallpaper that will handle stretching well and use photoshop. :dremel:

Or just go nuts with a camera. A 10MP camera, which isn't insane anymore, can cover 4 24" widescreens (2x2 arrangement) without stretching.

...oh crap, I think I just gave myself a very expensive challenge. Never mind.

As for CS2, I think a lot of software sellers should still have it available. Unless you're looking for one of those copies - we don't talk about them here *cough*. CS3 has quite a few worthwhile improvements though, and is considerably more available.
