Not at the moment mate, (it's actually my week off until monday) but i'll let you know if i hear anything. I know March is when the first of the 24month contracts start to expire so maybe theres some cool upgrade deals coming online? (just a guess)

I'll withdraw my comment on the staff being idiots, the second line team are a thousand times more useful than the guy I spoke to, I think he must have been new as he didn't know much at all.

Sadly they have a mast down in my area and have no ETA on when it'll be back so I'm changing networks. Got my PAC code and they are letting me out of my contract at no cost.

Erm, not unless you've moved and as a result you have no signal...But they will check up on the signal.
otherwise it's just the (amount of months remaing*cost per month)- 3to10% discount.

I have no problems with Three at all, been my network of choice for over four years now. There is the customer service issue, but I've never had any problems with them personally, and their actual network is top notch.

This is the kind of speed I can get with my Galaxy S (7.2Mbps HSPA radio) in my area with Three:

Not wanting to hijack the thread (and didn't see much of a point in creating another one for similar purposes):

Anyone on Three in Leeds? (Hyde Park/Burley kinda area (LS6)) if so how decent a signal (and speedtest?)

My mates are at uni in leeds and i obviously take my phone with me, great signal all around leeds, speeds your looking at anywhere between 2-10mbps depending on time of day/people/mast distance.

Also Giff Gaff? Really? O2's network is rubbish for data, and community run=community support so if you actually need proper help it's often not there. but then again it's pay as you go, so if you don't like it you can leave easily i guess.
