Ok well nvidia is releasing the new gtx 360 and gtx 380 sometime this year......I have word that there showing it at the CES 2010 which takes place jan 7-10th and you can see bench marks for the cards here http://www.guru3d.com/news/geforce-gtx-360-and-380-benchmarks/ What are your thoughts of price and others? im guessing the gtx 360 will be pushing 400.00 usd atleast the gtx 380 500.00 usd
These benchmarks are to take as a grain of salt... The chip was delayed a few times, which means that the chip probably had some important bugs to fix. Fixing bugs, usually means a change in benchmark score, especially if they choose to either really fix the bug, or find a workaround to fix the bug.
looks like BS to me, it shows that in resident evil the average fps is 145 and the GTX285 at only 70fps that's just over a 100% increase in speed. So i call fake for now
this year? i thought we'd have to wait for more delays and see more tweeter pictures before actually see a price tag, next year. just wait for CES, if it's not in CES, then we'd probably have to wait until after March to be able to buy.
+1 at fake / rubbish. Wait for independent benchmarks. Looks like they've just added 10% to the 5970/5870 fps scores and stuck it as the 380/360 scores. But that's me being cynical >.>
I call shenanegans! nVidia wasn't even able to show some real pictures of a working 300-card yet. All they showed so far was mockups of the card, bt not a single working example. And then showing some slideshows with supposed benchmarks, where the cards perform better then the 5890? I doubt it. On a sidenote.... what both of those manufacturers should start working on is high-end-products that don't need extra PCI-E-power... I don't want graphic-cards that use as much power as the whole rest of the system uses. Where's my sub 100 Watts 5800- or Fermi-cards?

Change the thread title please - that's not how you spell series. And I wouldn't be surprised if this was bull because Nvidia have done it before.
It is definitely BS. You can bet your life on it that if nVidia had something concrete to display (and benchmark) they would take every opportunity to do so.
